Text Message Reminders

mobile phoneThe Practice use SMS Messaging to update patients with information about the Practice, Services and Appointments. If you supply a mobile number to the practice we will use this method to contact you. If you do not wish to be contacted by the Practice in this way please speak to reception staff or put it in writing so we can add this to your records and remove consent. It is patient choice as to whether we contact you in this way.

IThe Practices uses text messages to contact patients

SMS reminders are sent to patients who have booked appointments to remind them to attend, these are sent out when the appointment is booked and then on the day before the appointment.

SMS messages are used to get information quickly  to patients
